Hemangi is an active member of governing board.

In last 16 years Hemangi has dedicatedly worked in the areas of Education, Child Rights, child psychology and paediatric HIV / AIDS through reputed local ( Vatsalya Trust, Swadhar, India Sponsorship committee) national ( MelJol) as well as international organisations (Unicef). Her area of passion is school education.

She was involved in giving direction to the programmes, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of small as well as big projects, plan and execute advocacy efforts for specific subjects, training of master trainers, networking with government (state and district level) as well as non-government organisations.

From her work experience she has developed a good perspective in the area of Education, child rights, children with special needs and gender. As a part of her work she has written and contributed into many booklets / books mainly on the subject of school education. Considering her contribution in the education sector, she was invited and thus worked as an active member of School Curriculum Revision Committee for Maharashtra State from 2011 – 2013 and D.El. Ed. Curriculum Revision Committee in 2014-15.

She is acting as a convener for Maharashtra RTE forum, which is attached to the National RTE Forum.She has obtained two MA degrees (Social work and Education) from reputed Universities, i.e. Pune University and Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Shabir is the other active member of governing body of Unnati.

Shabir has almost 12 years of experience working mainly in the area of children and women empowerment. In the state of Jammu and Kashmir, where law and order is the major concern and thus Education becomes a second priority area, he completed his graduation. He has also obtained diploma in social work, livelihood, rural development & on women empowerment from out of Jammu & Kashmir state.

Shabir is on the board of trustees of ‘Human Welfare Foundation’ a Kashmir based organisation and acts as a Secretary and chief functionary.

From his work experience he has developed a good perspective in the area of women empowerment & livelihood opportunities through skill building for down trodden & weaker section of the society. He is also a member of Confederation of NGOs of Rural India (CNRI) New Delhi. He has received award as a servant of the poor from international Association for Human Values & Confederation of NGOs for Rural India.

Shalaka works as an honorary consultant and provides academic guidance to the programme. She is an assist. Secretary at Shikshan Mandal, Goregaon and Head of the centre of P.B.Samant Shikshan Samruddhi Prayas, which focuses on improving learning in the school. Shalaka is an artist by profession, however, passionately working in the Education sector since 1992. Her expertise lies in Language Education and Art Education. She conducts trainings on the same for schools and teachers. Her area of interest is working with the children who are facing difficulties in learning for various reasons. She has been wrting articles in renowned Marathi magazines on Art & Education.

Shalaka has obtained a professional degree, Batchelor of Fine Arts (painting) from Sir J J School of Arts, Mumbai.

Mohan Surve is CEO of Vikas Sahyog Pratishthan, Secretary to YUVA (Youth for unity and Voluntary Action), Governing Board Member of Yuva Rural Association, Chairman of Samruddhi Credit Cooperative Society, Director to the Farmer Producers Company, Elected representative on housing federation of Nagri Nivara Housing Societies, and the former President of Shravan Housing Cooperative Society.

He is a trainer, Organizational Development consultant and researcher on social development issues.
